Japanese language wanted

I eager to learn Japanese in the short peroid, I would like to pay if the face to face teaching is possible.
Do you think a Mandarin(Chinese) forum is a good place to find a teacher for Japanese ???
Japanese and Chinese a totally different languages, they just share some characters.
