well here's one possible translation...anyway this is in Chinese n not in Cantonese because formal Cantonese=Chinese...

first is literally "the state of being happy"
this is 快樂 FAAI3 LOK6

& of course "blissful"( i think this is e one u want =p)...which is
幸福 HANG6 FUK1

yoyo...happi birfdae is 生日快樂 SANG1 YAT6 FAAI3 LOK6....it literally means birfdae happi....

"How are you feeling today" is "你今日覺得點啊？" NEI5 GAM1 YAT6 GOK3 DAK1 DIM2 AR3

你=you
今日=today
覺得=feel
點=how
啊=to end off to ask a question
