o伊o伊哦哦 should be pronounced as "ji4ji1ngo4ngo4".
used to describe someone speaks stutteringly/dithery/unclearly.

yeah yi yi ngo ngo is like what a cow would say...

but then "we we woy woy" would is a lot different...Is it not?

I believe it means to say things that are stupid.

the "we" "we" part is...no doubt sounding like the English word "we." (meaning us)

and the "woy" is no doubt sounding like the English word "coy" but with a W sound instead of a C...

Any other ideas now?

Doesn't (we we woy woy)/(wi wi woy woy), whichever you prefer, mean to "say stupid things"?

In the context that you've mentioned I think it's "V" "V" 哇哇.

As in "唔好成日"V V" 哇哇".... Trans: Stop crying all day

Opinions??
