need more context, but it can also be "line of sight" si sin.

yes, "prior to" sin sin also works.

the correct spelling is "qi xin", means "mad". " qi" is sticky or connection, "xin" is line. The word means nerves of the celebrum connected
in wrong way. So person appears abnormally.
