I heard someone describe tea being "sam1 di" it being more "gam1 di". I'm not a tea connesseur but I think the 'sam1' refers to the darkness/depthness of the tea~ that is if tea is darker/stronger that it's gam1 di or sweeter? I think that's what it means, but what are your ideas?
